The spirit and togetherness in achieving the target is the basic capital that must be owned by each individual employee, both lecturers and education staff, in the Diponegoro University environment, especially the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture. As part of Diponegoro University which is a Legal Entity Higher Education (PTNBH), the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture is obliged to contribute to the achievement of the University’s Key Performance Indicators (IKU). No exception, all employees who work at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture must work hand in hand (cooperate) in achieving the KPI target.
To provide awareness of the target of achieving the Faculty’s KPI and to boost work spirit and to foster togetherness among employees within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, on 22-23 October 2022 the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture held a capacity building for all employees within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture. Malang, East Java. The event was attended by all employees and after the Capacity Building event was continued with a joint tour to several destinations in the greater Malang area.
