The Doctoral Program in Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, Undip held a guest lecture by presenting a prominent guest lecturer, Prof. Shinichi Yonekura, a prominent Professor in the field of Dairy Cattle Physiology from the Department of Agriculture with the theme The Role of Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress in Mammary Epithelial Cell Homeostasis in Dairy Cows and Anti-ER Stress Activity of Natural Products. This lecture was held on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 15.00 – 17.00 WIB in the Multipurpose Room, Building A, 2nd Floor, FPP Undip. The impacts of climate change include increasing temperatures on the earth’s surface which can then cause stress in dairy cattle. Giving 5-ALA amino acid supplements has been proven to reduce stress as an impact of global warming.
